Tommy is the CEO of co:debrand. He has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and ensures that top players such as Mattel, Fisher-Price and Co. position their brands perfectly on the market with interactive showrooms and AR concepts.

Fun fact: The co:debrand family loves one thing about him in particular: his big heart!

GET TO KNOW DOM

Dom is Senior Art Director at co:debrand and has been part of the team for 13 years. So he’s been with us the longest and knows agency life inside out!

Fun fact: If anyone needs money quickly – Dom always has a few returnable bottles on hand for a rainy day.

GET TO KNOW CARO

Do you want your brand to look really aesthetically pleasing? Then Caro is the right place for you. Caro’s greatest passion is branding – and you can see that in everything she does. We love her creativity – for example, she designed our impressive branding.

Fun fact: There is probably nothing Caro loves as much as her cat Balu. That’s why no one is surprised when she sends photos of his little cat bottom again.

GET TO KNOW KSENIA

If you don’t have a stomach ache from laughing so much after your first day at co:debrand, Ksenia was probably on vacation. No one is as good at telling funny stories as she is. Ksenia has been working as an art director at co:debrand for almost 7 years.

Fun fact: Ksenia is generally known as a “winner” at co:debrand because she simply has the “winning mindset”.

GET TO KNOW ANDRÉ

When you hear loud music and wonderful singing in the office at 7:30 a.m., you know André is there. André is a motion graphic designer at co:debrand and gives free rein to his creativity while others are still asleep.

Trivia: André’s full name is André Filusch from co:debrand, first of his title, savior of the plants, keeper of order, father of Wanda, administrator of the headquarters, the always smiling one, singer of songs

GET TO KNOW MADDY

Nobody makes us as envious with vacation content as Madeleine. You see them on Instagram all the time with coconuts on the beach or on cool city trips. But once she is there, she delivers in full. She is actually an art director in the print sector, but also provides support with videography and photography. We love it!

Fun Fact: It can be 30 degrees and you still won’t meet Maddi in the office without her beloved hot water bottle.

GET TO KNOW MARLA

Marla loves design – and we love how creative and versatile she is. She teaches herself animation and video editing and always has really cool ideas for new designs. If you give her a task, she’s more or less already done with it. Dreamgirl!

Fun fact: If the Early Bird were a human, it would be Marla. She would prefer to start work at 5 a.m. – but then she is already in bed by 9 p.m.

GET TO KNOW JIBRAN

Jibran is a software engineer and ensures that websites, landing pages and apps not only look good, but also work perfectly. If you don’t know what to do, he has a solution. But what we love most about him is his sense of humor!

Fun fact: Although Jibran prefers to work at night, he doesn’t drink coffee, only tea. We could never!

GET TO KNOW DUYGU

Duygu is the Office Manager at co:debrand and has been supporting our team since January 2024. She hasn’t been with us long, but already has a complete overview and always has great advice for her colleagues.

Fun fact: Duygu is known for being creative with language and constantly inventing new words.
